A workplace experience designed for the working moms on your team

PEn to Paper Workshops

A workshop designed

to support working moms

Your working moms are some of your most capable people. They're also carrying more than most people realize.

And research backs that up. When they feel seen and supported at work, they stay, they contribute, and they show up fully. When they don't, they quietly start looking for somewhere that does.

Pen to Paper is a guided journaling workshop that gives the working moms on your team something they rarely get: dedicated time and space to get clear on what they need, from their work, their role, and themselves. It's a meaningful investment that costs far less than losing them.

“The things that were coming up for me were things I wasn’t recognizing were there. What I thought my answers would be went in a totally different direction. I want to thank you for doing this for us.”

Your Questions, Answered

  • Pen to Paper is a great fit teams who are looking to build a more supportive culture or looking for a professional development experience that goes beyond the typical lunch-and-learn and encourages your employees to show up as their whole selves.

  • Pen to Paper is designed specifically for working moms, so it works beautifully as a targeted offering for that group. Some organizations choose to invite the full team and that's a great option too, since the prompts are universal enough that anyone navigating a busy, full life will find value in them.

  • It's a single, facilitated session, live and interactive. Talia leads the group through a series of guided journaling prompts with time to reflect and, for those who want it, share. The experience is structured but not rigid. There’s room to breathe. Pens and journals are provided for most groups.

  • Virtual sessions work well for remote or hybrid teams and require zero logistics on your end. If your team is in-person and you'd like a more shared experience, Talia can come on-site to you. Either way, the content and the impact are the same. It comes down to what fits your team best.

  • Typically one hour. Reach out and we can talk through timing based on your team's needs. Sessions are designed to be meaningful without taking up a full workday — think a focused, protected block of time that your team will actually look forward to.

  • Pricing is based on team size and format. Reach out to start the conversation. My goal is always to find something that works for both of us.
